- Collect and manage all sales-out data reports from customers on a monthly basis

- Develop and manage rule-based exceptions for each customer and member accounts
- Liaise with individual programme members to ensure rewards are allocated correctly, member accounts are updated and supporting information recorded correctly
REPORTING
- Monthly report on the status of all datasets
- Generate reports as agreed with customers to provide a view of key measurement criteria
COMMUNICATION
- Express information, both written and verbal, in a manner that is appropriate, concise and accurate to both clients and colleagues.
- Act as a central hub of communication and information for the client.
- Work with internal teams to ensure deliverables are consistent and are in line with established best practices.
QUERY RESOLUTION
- Manage all customer and member queries on a day-to-day basis
- Ensure all queries are recorded and resolved within 24 hours
GENERAL
- Assist the General Manager on a day-to-day basis with additional administration tasks
REQUIREMENTS
- An experienced administrator with sound analytical and problem solving skills
- Attention to detail and the ability to record and manage large amounts of data accurately
- An excellent and above average working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Access
- Excellent writing skills, confident, energetic
- Drivers License and own transport
- Computer literacy: Advanced Microsoft products, example: MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook, Pastel, V-look up.
