The portfolio requires a candidate with 5 - 7 years generalist experience, working exposure to manufacturing environment, sound working knowledge of all labour legislation and computer literateracy in Word, Excel and PowerPoin at dvanced level! Your portfolio will see you take responsibility for Human Resources Operations and ensuring that strategy is implemented as per company objectives, end to end process Recruitment and Selection, including senior management level recruitment, as well as Bursary, scholarship and apprenticeship recruitment and management. In addition to this you will need to apply your high level experience in Induction training / orientation, mentoring and coaching of bursars, scholars and apprentices, see you be conversant in Compensation and Benefit, compiling of Employment Equity stats and ensuring that EE targets are met in all processes. Further to this you will be required to impact on and drive training, Seta liaising, submission of WSP and ATRs and claims and discretionary grants. Your experience within facilitate on any and all IR related issues, including discussion and dispute resolution, managing of disciplinary cases from investigation level, through to elevating onto CCMA will be a distinct advantage!
